Having spent many years coaching and training corporate employees, and individual clients, I've uncovered the fact that almost every one has the same core struggles. BUT, what I didn't find was an existing solution to the true, underlying issues... so I created one.
Working with both groups and individuals the need was the same - a simple and clear path to transform your past negatively charged experiences into the fuel to drive the exact change you want.
Through one-on-one coaching sessions, online and live training events and 1000's of hours working with people to reach their highest potential, I've been fortunate to connect with all types of people in all walks of life - and I love helping every one I can!

Many years after my own journey, I applied my years of coaching and training to the challenge of Dad's who are dealing with divorce and how to help them deal with all the challenges that are specific to this major life experience.
